Classes
Where possible I encourage students to pay for a course of 5 lessons. Occasionally work patterns mean this is not an option and in these instances I offer students drop in classes.
- 5 week course £40 payable on the first lesson.
- Drop in class £10.

Workshops
| Half day workshops | £35 | 10.30 - 13.45 Morning courses. 13.30 - 16.45 Afternoon courses. |
| Day workshops | £70 | Courses start at 10:30am. |
All workshops include tea/coffee and biscuits with occasional seasonal treats (mince pies). Lunch break on the day workshop is free for students to explore the Dent Cafes or pubs and in the summer months- a garden is available for picnics.

Private lessons
Individual, specialist tuition is available, either in Kendal or else in your own home or workplace. If you require a lesson in your own home an additional charge to cover travel time and expenses is added.
- General Private tuition cost £40 per hour.
- Specialist therapeutic tuition costs £50 per hour.
- clinic for athletes £50 per hour (2 students can share an hour session).
Suitable for general wear and tear, fleaxibility and resilience training and for those rehabilitating from injury.

School classes and courses
Courses for schools and clubs average around £100 per session but this rate is dependent on venue and group numbers. All equipment is provided. Please phone or email Laura to discuss your requirements.
